FRNSW CAFS Prototype PumperFRNSW CAFS Prototype Pumper. The former Stn18 Glebe Pumper had Compressed Air Foam System added as a trial. The system produces a very good foam that is effective in a variety of situations, particularly with limited water use.

Liverpool Fire Station is staffed by permanent firefighters, running a Rescue Pumper and Heavy Rescue. The station is a former Defence Force (Army) Fire Station and within the Military area which includes Holsworthy Barracks and Steele Barracks. The area around the fire station has been transforming into commercial real estate as the Army consolidates their presence in the area.
A heavy rescue appliance was moved to 8 station in 2013. They’ve previously run a Ladder Platform appliance also.
